We turned to Moving the Needle early this year to get us on track to achieving our goals. We were at a point where we really needed a framework for our strategy, and that started with first defining what our strategy was and then laying out the game plan for implementing it. As a result of working with Bart, the many levels within our organization, from managers to our teams, are now clear on what the most important actions are to take. With Moving the Needle, we created hyper focus and it has delivered huge value to our organization. And this counts for our XP training, too. We’re already seeing good results with increased efficiency within those teams. Most importantly, collaboration has increased which is leading to more confidence in our most ambitious targets.

Moving the Needle is unique in the sense that Bart is highly skilled in talking to different people and communicating in a way that everyone from engineers, product, and managers resonate with. Bart is as hands-on and involved as one can get. He also challenges us and makes us see why we are doing something a certain way. From day one, he was on-board with us.

He is adaptable to the organization, takes the assignment on and helps you to find your way to make it happen! I remember fondly almost every interaction I’ve had with Bart while working together. I've learned a lot from him, and so did my team and the rest of the organization. His work ethic and dedication made us think of him as a Mambuvian. While I'm saddened that we cannot yet continue the engagement, I sincerely look forward to working with him again in the future.
